As Amy says, "The DreadMill!!!!"

Thanks for all the tips and nudges! And, Mike - shame really works at this point! Kidding! I have spent some time thinking about this and reading some of the links you all gave me. Thank you. I feel a little like Oprah right now! LOL I never wanted my weight to become an issue again for me. And, it really isn't at this point, I guess, but I keep projecting this out a couple months and it could be. I am making this about the treadmill, but it really isn't. I just lost my focus.

I am done wallowing in this. Not climbing Everest here, get real and get a routine back and get over it.

Go time.

You CAN do it. We all get in a slump. I honestly think right now it is all about this damn weather. I know I want spring to come. I would much rather exercise outside right now instead of on the dreadmill... I am now staring to call it the suckmill!

We have about 5 inches of fresh snow on the ground and it has not stopped yet. Add in cold and windy and the LAST thing I want to do is go to the Y today and run 6 miles. Now if it was 45 degrees I would be more than happy to do it outside. But I have to do it so off I go...

You have a good game plan and are not in trouble with your weight and you don't want to get back up there. This is what happened to me since last fall... I put on 20 lbs before I knew it and now am fighting to take it off ounce by ounce and I am very frustrated.

You can do it and you will.

What a great comment! Thanks for the support! I got on it this morning! LOL I busted my butt for 45 minutes and it felt awesome! I think my level of frustration made me work even harder. I got out of the shower and was like - OH YEAH...I think I'm back!

I like suckmill....LOL When I was on it this morning - I was thinking - "I actually paid money for this thing I bitch and complain about so much! I bought it - so I sealed my friggin fate!" WTF!! ;-)

I hear ya. We have a treadmill and a recumbant bike and I think the same thing, "I spent my hard earned money on this - tell me why again?" ha ha
