Things are the fitness front are going very well. It occurred to me yesterday that exercising has more of a positive affect on my mind and mental well being. Dropping a few pounds could very well become a side effect and not the focus.
I also made conscious decision just to do it in the same way I decide to make the coffee every morning. Accept it and the pay off is endless.

I think you may be on to something. Great way to look at it. I tend to be the glass half empty person when it comes to exercise. I am going to try on your thinking and see where it gets me this week. I feel better too when I exercise, I need to remember that.
